I've come up with the following organizational charts to show you where we are, and where I want us to go. First, a snapshot of what we look like in our current structure:

Kate seems to have a good technical, writing, and voice staff for the , but I'm sure they'd be glad to have a few more creative minds in the mix. TC has been working hard on the , and I'm sure he'd appreciate some help in the form of Archivists to scour the various lists and populate the Wiki with articles of player and NPC bios, mission summaries, location descriptions, etc.

And now, here's what I hope to see (grey areas indicate new departments):



Services: Oversees the various OOC and semi-OOC activities that support TFE and the TFE community.
Engineering Corps: Already discussed elsewhere, and with much interest shown, we're currently talking at the fleet level about incorporating this department next. More information soon.
Recruiting Command: Dedicated to spreading the word of TFE to the SIMming/pbem community. A department that will be largely organized and influenced by its first commander/staff.
Intrepid: Planned (not definitive) to be the first Freedom-class SIM.

So that's the idea. I wanted to get this out there for discussion and to gauge interest. I had a few very welcomed responses to my "TFE wants YOU" post, and I hope this will clarify and illustrate a few of the points made there.
