I'm T'Pren, Chief Science Officer and XO of the Challenger. I just wanted to introduce myself and get some sciency stuff going on this forum!

What do you think is the best thing about the science of this era of the Star Trek world? I'll answer my own question first: to me, the best part is not only being able to look backwards, but also forward into the rest of the ST canon. What an awesome era. It's what attracted me to Enterprise in the first place -- the fact that they could explain the origins of the tech/races/incidents that we all already know from TOS, TNG, VOY, DS9, etc.
