Biography
Rollins was brought to Forrest Outpost as full time crew shortly after construction was finished. He's been passed over for promotion several times, largely due to his lackadaisical attitude towards authority. He likes to joke, especially at the expense of others, seeing the line and crossing it whole heartedly. Despite his sometimes abrasive personality, he is a talented engineer and his bravery and diligence in the face of dangerous repairs has been duly noted several times in his record.
He maintains a tan by taking every available shore leave to the planet's beaches he can get -- by hook or by crook.
